Great mileage you put in every week, amazing. I was happy with weekly distance in kms🤣 your 30mile run sounds pretty epic, but them I'm still dithering about aiming for ½marathon. If you are planning on doing it in a few weeks are you changing your distances or just choosing a day and running it? I must admit I reached 10miles by just running it one day and wondering about doing the same for ½ marathon. Throw in a couple of 10 miles with my usual 10ks then one day just keep going. All the best, happy running 🤗

Hello Paul 👋. So pleased you’re managing to get out to run. It’s really necessary to blow away the cobwebs and burn off some stress isn’t it.Even in rough weather we still feel energised - maybe even more so 😃

I’m doing much the same as you. Running as much as possible to be ready for anything. I’ve run more recently as my OH is working from home so I’ve been clearing off out of his way 🙂. It’s the perfect excuse to clear off for hours on end 😎

Oooh 30 miles! 😳. I would love to do one as well. I’d look out for a good weather day as I did for my solo marathon. I keep an eye on the BBC weather forecast online. Speaking of long runs, I bought a new jar of peanut butter yesterday to make a fresh batch of energy bars 😃😋. Long runs always make me think of grub ☺️

I hope your training goes well Paul. Take good care won’t you 🙂
