Good morning runners, finished 6weeks to go on the NRC HM training plan. There taking me a little longer than a week to get through due to the odd day at work but I'm ok with that.
Today was another 10miles and was happy to get a 2nd best over 15k and a new PB over 10 miles ππ.
Going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week on top of the running and am feeling fitter and stronger than ever, still a long way to go before I'm happy with where my weight is at but getting there slowly ππ»
Have a great day all.

Thank you π had to really work that last few km to keep on pace but felt well worth it when I finished ππ» am looking forward to shorter runs next week π€£π€π»
I'm pretty certain you could nowster , you'd just have to want to, and adapt your running accordingly π Oh, and it helps if you live somewhere like I do! π€£
I do get fed up that I never get PBs any more though. Grumpity grump. π‘
Exactly misswobble . My longer runs now feature not only running, but also walking, forest loo breaks, where-the-hell-am-I-checks, admiring the views and taking photo stops, etc!
π. Good, distracting stuff though int it. Coach Bennett describes the space, speed, minutiae as βblah blah blahβ π. I like to NOT think about it. Iβm thinking about my snacks and what Iβve got to eat once I get home. Iβm dangling my own carrot π€·ββοΈ. Scenery, music, observing things, etc all make the miles disappear faster π
