The same as Jools2020, a really enjoyable 3k before it got too hot π π π . It was actually a bit chilly on my arms on the warm up walk, which always bodes well for the run itself. Iβm on the 2nd week of my cobbled together HM plan and so far so goodβish π. When I woke up I thought youβre only doing 3k today, whereβs the harm if you miss it! But then I thought youβre only doing 3k today, get your lazy butt out of bed! So glad I did.
I was quite pleased with my splits, 7.05, 6.38, 5.54. I used the last k as sort of made up speed training. Mind you, itβs partly a gentle downhill slope!
