Jadotville challenge - 1st 5k

Very happy, a very slow 5k (57 mins) but running for nearly an hour with no calf cramps and both knees holding up.

Calves had a couple of twinges so slowed down and managed to do 5k with no jeffing.

I will not quit!

Ran past the chocolate academy just to test my sense of smell πŸ™ƒ nose working πŸ‘Œ

they are, they have a shop there too, I occasionally go in and get stuff and try not to buy too much :D
