Just a quickie (promise!) 😅 I wouldn’t normally post about an everyday run, but I’ve just completed my first one for nearly 2 weeks. No walks allowed either due to self isolating, so I took today’s run super slow and took W1R1 and my beloved MJ along for company. I jogged/jogged a bit faster!
Result? An “effortless” 5k run at an average pace of 8:17, and I could have gone on and on. But I’m good, so I didn’t! 😇
I realise I’ve been very very fortunate with my case of covid, and many aren’t as lucky. I’m hoping my running fitness helped. Who knows? I’d like to think it did. ❤️
