13.94 today!! And aren't those decimal points important?? I had to start early, 5.30 when it was still 10"C, warm enough for me. Drove 2 miles to the sea, so I could leave swimming stuff and flop in at the end. Last long run was 12.09 last week so I'm getting to the magic round numbers slowly. Beautiful run over heath, through woods to the sea... I was tempted to just continue to 15k but my wiser self said stop whilst you can keep going....thete is always another run, another day. Also I tried to upload a photo of the sea, so calm and still, but it wouldn't upload... Any clues why not?

That's great steady progress, and definitely the way to do it! Another carrot for you - there's a shiny 10 mile badge waiting for you when you get to 16.1k 😀
