Last night was one of those horrible nights full of wakeful moments and work stress. When I finally fell into a deep sleep, it must have been nearly time to get up. Woke from nightmares and got up at 4.30.

My downloaded run was a mindfulness recovery run. Much needed and therapeutic 🌸 My legs felt tired and heavy and it was an effort to get going.Felt better at the end. Gentle rain had been cooling and the trees are full of blossoms. I’m not sure I enjoyed it but at least I feel better for it.🌸😊🌸

That was a tough one - brilliant that you made it over the door though. Hope that cleared your head a bit?

Major kudos for getting out there after a night like that - probably the very best thing you could do for yourself 😊
