I wrote on here a few days ago about advice to go from 10km HM. I’m gonna do 2 smaller and one increasingly longer run a week. Sooo last Sunday I did my first 11k, did 5K on wed and 8k this evening. All ok times I’m hopefully going to do a 12km this Sunday 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️

Nice one Daroo. That's pretty much how I built up distance. Adding 1k a week will keep you comfortably within the 10% rule.

It’s fun going up the distances slowly but surely, chipping away a bit at a time to chew em up and spit em out 😁. 10% rule still applies 💪👍😃
Good luck with your progress 👍. Have fun along the way. Take a snack, take photos, have a rest to stand and stare.

Fabulous! Consider cutting back one week in every four or five to give yourself time for recovery (maybe make the long run a little shorter on the cut back weeks). Good luck!
Okay sounds sensible as I was doing a bit much in jan and hurt my Achilles tendon.. I need to take things slowly👍🏻 and stop trying to do too much too soon 🔜
