Had my covid jab today still got a cheeky 5miles in

Great news on both fronts Paul. I read somewhere that exercise improves the effectiveness of the vaccine so a good excuse to get out for a run afterwards 🙂

I ran 5miles yesterday but don't feel like I could run today at the moment I feel like sh?? But might try later feels like I have flu very cold and no go in me

Maybe you have a reaction to your covid jab? Feeling rotten physically will make everything else even more intolerable. Try to rest a bit today if you can - give yourself a fighting chance of bouncing back a little stronger tomorrow.

That's true - the jab helps with one worry at least. Remember tho, a carer has to look after himself first in order to be fit and able to care

Nice one Paul. Mrs and I got ours on Wednesday. Sore arm which is going now. Managed to do my longest road run of the year yesterday so no ill effects. Jog On.

I hope it passes quickly. My husband had his a couple of weeks ago, no effects at all
