5k a day

Today one was my 1st run raising money for cash4kids doing 5k a day. Set off a bit too eager and quick and ended up absolutely knackered lol. Don't know where I will be tomorrow doing ot as I'm a lorry driver and could be going anywhere.

Well done to you on going to run a 5K every day I assume in March, perhaps you ran a little too fast, for your next 5K run a little slower than you did today, good luck.

Yes it will be difficult sometimes. When I was doing couch 2 5k I sometimes ran in motorway services at 3am and I'm expecting to this time aswell.
