So having missed out on RED January, I decided to do a RED Feb, though started on 31st January...

So the stats:

Total km run: 316 (including 31st Jan).

Calories used: 25,700 (according to Garmin)

VO2 Max increased to 44

Half Marathon PB achieved today (28th Feb) of 2:06'

10k PB achieved in the month of 53'11"

5k PB achieved in the month of 25'59"

Thanks to all the support from those on Strava! I've rewarded myself with some new shoes - coming Wednesday (so excited!).
