Well done to all you RED Januariers out there! Although I have loved running every day and Iβd love to continue, my legs arenβt in agreement π€£ So tomorrow will be a rest day. Iβll probably struggle with itchy feet though. Pleased to have reached 130 miles for the month. I swore several times over the last 4 weeks Iβd never do it again, but I probably will πΆπ€£ Always run ππ½ββοΈ

Awesome job Tasha99 β€οΈπββοΈ
Itβs probably one of the most unpredictable months weather-wise too so hats off to you, well done π
Brilliant, well done Tasha. Great mileage too! I could well imagine doing it again, but maybe not in January π
Well done Tasha - great stuff! I am hugely inspired by what you and the other RED runners have achieved πππππ...maybe one day!
Congratulations Tasha! There's no way I could run every day! A rest day is probably very wise!!!
Well done Tasha99, there have been so many of us doing RED this year. Maybe itβs been something to focus on in these weird times?π€ We got through it and hopefully we can look forward to better things this year!ππ€
Woohoo Tasha. Thatβs a great achievement! πππ»
Awesome Tasha. Amazing distance πππππ
You did brilliantly Tasha! Hereβs to more of the same whenever your legs feel ready! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Well done on completing red January! Great achievement ππ»
I find my time estimates for walking are based on running... So invariably I end up jogging a bit or I'd be late for appointments! π€£

Well done Tasha and everyone else who did RED in such a wet, cold l month
Well done, I admire the dedication of those that can manage to run everyday however I am not sure at my age it would be worth it I certainly need the rest days in between runs and I am certain any recovery from an injury would need far more time to heal. So my one or two runs a week will keep me going and I will continue to congratulate those that can.
