Well done to all you RED Januariers out there! Although I have loved running every day and I’d love to continue, my legs aren’t in agreement 🀣 So tomorrow will be a rest day. I’ll probably struggle with itchy feet though. Pleased to have reached 130 miles for the month. I swore several times over the last 4 weeks I’d never do it again, but I probably will 😢🀣 Always run πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

And to you too! I tried two years ago but had to quit on day 17 as my legs were too tired but I had only been running a few months then. So I feel I have overcome an obstacle 🀣

Brilliant, well done Tasha. Great mileage too! I could well imagine doing it again, but maybe not in January πŸ˜‚

April seems quite an attractive proposition, or maybe October

Congratulations Tasha! There's no way I could run every day! A rest day is probably very wise!!!

Well done Tasha99, there have been so many of us doing RED this year. Maybe it’s been something to focus on in these weird times?πŸ€” We got through it and hopefully we can look forward to better things this year!😊🀞

I find my time estimates for walking are based on running... So invariably I end up jogging a bit or I'd be late for appointments! 🀣

Well done, I admire the dedication of those that can manage to run everyday however I am not sure at my age it would be worth it I certainly need the rest days in between runs and I am certain any recovery from an injury would need far more time to heal. So my one or two runs a week will keep me going and I will continue to congratulate those that can.
