Itβs a bitterly cold dayβοΈ at Bognor Regis on the south coast today, so I set out with some trepidation at 10:00 am.π³
I failed miserably to sync the Auro app, Spotify and Strava so I didnβt get the commentary, which is a shame but totally my fault!βΉοΈ
I ran the first 2km down to the seafront then another 2km into the biting wind, then about 4km with the wind behind me, followed by the final 2km back into the wind. I managed to maintain a decent pace, so Iβm pleased with thatππ
Thanks everyone for your encouragement yesterday!π I hope everyone else who went out running had a good time and youβre warmed up and relaxed nowπ

Well done, I was out near Worthing this morning and it was the coldest iβve run ever i think, more clothes would have been a good idea A good run and fast pace for your 10k π
Nice! Well done! I joined in running for the first half, as I ran a 5k. Well done! Shame about the Auro, I just listened to it for my 5k, and now Iβm all jealous of everyone who ran in the #winterrun properly! Big thumbs up! ππ½ππ
Yay!!! Well done David_G ...Iβve only just figured out itβs you!!! ππ€¨...itβs freezing out there today, Iβve just marched Mr C on a βjust aboutβ 5k walk uphill and down dale...and it was bracing!!!
Well done David. It was so cold out there this morning, which is why Iβve never signed up for the real winter run. Sorry I was a bit late to virtually run with you, but I did do the 10k. Ooh that wind, my face is glowing from wind burn.
