What's next it was ok it was the last mile seem to last forever legs a little tender but other than that am ok set of thinking what have I let myself in for but it surprised me I was expecting it to be hell but no it was fine had fluids I only had 2 gels and a snickers and snack bar that was it I felt realy good weather was absolutely perfect could not have been any better I think I will have afew days off now

I’m so glad the weather was right Phew 😅. It is one less thing to worry about. Staying dry, and warm once into the run, means you stay comfortable and can enjoy yourself and watch the scenery 👍😃

I always jog round the block the day after as my legs feel weird, so I take them out for a short spin 🙂

You might be ravenously hungry all week so eat good grub to repair that body. Sleep as much as you can 😃

Bask in marathon glory tonight and be happy it’s done ✅ 👏👊✊

It was. They issued retro bars on Morrison’s a few years ago so I did buy them with marathon wrappers. They still got eaten eventually.
