Didn't really feel like going outside today but then...

It's all grey and wet and cold and I just felt miserable and not motivated at all...😖 But then I read some of the posts in the group and, as always, it put a spring in my step and I went out for a 10k.🏃‍♀️ If I don't achieve anything else today, at least I've gone out for a run and I am feeling much better now. 😊 So thank you for all of you sharing your running stories - it might just be that uplifting kick-in-the-bum that someone needs on the day. 😊😊😊💪💪💪

I cooked today so I could stay warm in the kitchen 😃. Bread, rice pudding, vegetable soup and a chicken casserole for tea 😋
