A winter’s afternoon walk

The snow fell heavily this morning on top of icy conditions from yesterday so I waited for the sun to appear this afternoon and go for a walk along the canal where I normally run, lovely to see the blue sky make an appearance after many grey sky days of late. Another 5.26k in the bag for the 2020 challenge, many thanks for this activity it’s made sure I get out and exercise even if I am unable to run at the moment due to the snow and ice.

I shivered when I saw your photos 🥶. Deffo a bit nippy out there now. The canal path might be better for a freeze as it’s usually hellishly muddy isn’t it.
