Itβs Week 4 of my personal training plan to get to 20K/HM distance before the end of the year and Iβm being super disciplined!
After achieving my first 10 miles at the weekend I took two consecutive days rest before heading out for a short 2K cut back run.
With my first K coming in at 5:07 I fear I may have bitten off more than I can chew by signing up to the upcoming Speed challenge! π±ππ€
Iβm just back from my second 2K cut back run of the week and I did try to slow down ... a bit ... promiseπ€π» π€
Iβm thinking of ending the week with a Sunday 5K π€
