I came down to visit my Mum and Dad in Frinton On Sea, Essex on Sunday night. My sister lives close and this morning she came down and we had a lovely run by the sea together which was absolutely wonderful.

Run by the Sea
Sounds great GTFC - and lovely that you ran wirth your sister too! 🙂🏃🏽♀️🏃🏻
Oh that sounds wonderful GTFC!! 😁 And those distances are amazing too!! Glad you had such a lovely time with your sister!! 🥰 Have a wonderful time with your family.
❤️
That sounds fantastic - what a lovely place to run and a lovely way to share time with your sister!
A excellent run and time for you GTFC along by the sea in a lovely sunny morning at Frinton on Sea, the weather forecast for your area later in the week is to get hot again with 32+C temperatures, that's not good weather for running.
Running by the sea - you can't beat it - made even better, I'm sure, by being with your sister!
Perfect GTFC! 🏃♀️🏃 🌊 ☀️ 🥰
How special that you could run with your sister. Happy memories 🙂
Fantastic! Running with family members is great and I never tire of running by the sea. Another good incentive to visit Your parents. 😉
How lovely! Such a great way to spend time with your sister with restorative sea air and views. Hope your folks were in good health.
Oh wow, how fab! Love seaside running when I get the chance😃👍
I think the infamous Salford poet Dr John Cooper-Clarke lives there now. He is an observer of the goings-on at the genteel resort, I read recently
His poem, “Fitness a Fanatic” is worth a listen 😁
I’d post the link but I might get into trouble 😎
😂😂😂 eeh! Luv that man misswobble, just saw him again last night on a repeat of 8 out of 10 programme, but I digress, lovely run GTFC and sis.
He’s fabulous and he and Susie Dent match made in heaven. If I ever make it back to the UK post covid, he’s on my list of much sees. ❤️
Oh yes you must! I’d see him again like a shot.
On the subject of being by the seaside he wrote a poem “I mustn’t go down to the sea again”, on a theme by John Masefield 😁
