Nice gentle 5K run with my run buddy Sharon today! And we even ran negative splits! 😀

Good 5K run for you Redcello41 with your running buddy Sharon, negative splits, well done.

This morning after running 10 miles last Wednesday I am going to run a 5K but using week 1 of C25K as interval training, once the 20 minute session of week 1 is over I will continue until 5K is completed, I will have Laura with the C25K on and Mapmyrun to tell me when 5K has been reached.
