Another great 5K run with my run buddy Sharon and we spent a good time chatting and putting the world to rights at the same time too! Oh and it's 4 months ago today that we both ran the Bath Half Marathon! 😀

Thanks IP, it's part of my quest from UnfitNoMore to run 16K or 10 miles by the end of July, good run for me this morning, I started out a just after ten past seven, nice and early, my time for the 13K was just under 1 hour 40 minutes at 99.38.
