Hey hey hey! Spammy me again! Just needed to shout out I SMASHED my 10 mile (virtual club handicap) in 1:53:08, 33 secs less than target!!!!
I wore the wrong socks though and have a massive blister, but thankfully ankles (my Achiles heel- literally!) seem ok. Now resting on my bed, drinking chocolate milk in celebration!

I have some long and short running socks, but they hold my toes in too tight. I went for cotton trainer socks yesterday which are fine on short runs, but rubbed terribly after 7 miles. You live, you learn!
