I read his work on the human governor theory and on identifying hyponatremia as a cause of fatalities in distance races where athletes drank too many fluids.

He is some times controversial especially regarding his views on the best diet for endurance athletes. Will lookout for a copy of this book though, as you never know what nuggets of wisdom you might find.
