Half way on the road to nowhere.

Week 8 of the 18 week plan that may well culminate in nothing. Assuming we are not locked down tighter first. As the last 3 weeks are tapering I'm over half way now in terms of actual training.

Easy run today as my legs are still tired after the long run on Sunday.

Anyway, reasons to be cheerful are three:

1) Nice day for it.

2) Legs seem to be holding up ok so far.

3) Toenails have finally grown back.

Keep running folks.

👏🏼 Good stuff, SlowLoris. Enjoy that training. Bound to be useful for something. (Running around for shopping?) I’m still on IC, though foot is much better, so I’m jealous. Oh well. You’ll know when I’m better, as the rain will no doubt return. 🤣🤣 The Forest looks lovely in your photo.

I moved here on retirement intending to do lots of walking. Running instead is a real bonus.

All good reasons to be cheerful SL :). Looks like a great spot to run and a nice day for it.
