Today's training run was 42.5km in a smidgeon over 5 hours. I'm chuffed at having achieved another milestone ππππ. Right now, the soles of my feet have the feeling of having taken a right pounding and I think my legs are going to complain if I ask them to do anything. It's going to be interesting attempting another 30k on top of that; hopefully, walking parts of it will help.
Tried using sandwiches for refueling today. There's no way I can run whilst eating them but they seem to be OK if I walk (although my tum didn't feel overly happy).
Can I have a badge without the word "metric" please?
