Do Headways organise a London marathon group.

I've got no idea how you get on the run or how you get to the start.

Might be worth contacting your local branch of Headway. You can also call or email them direct. Are you on a Headway charity entry? They should have a support section.

Regarding getting there etc. you should get lots of info emailed to you before the race. There is also a phone app that might be handy.
