Sticking with my training plan, it told me it was the day for 7 miles so I dutifully plotted a 7 mile route to where we left the car last night after getting a cab home. T’other half dropped off me off in the middle of nowhere so I had no choice but to dig in and set off! Paced well at 9/9.15 per mile for all but the last mile which was basically uphill. But I made it!
2 weeks from now it will be London Winter Run done

I was especially pleased as once I had recovered and got in the car, was driving back down the hill to see a much younger chap than me struggling running up the hill too!!!! Not just these old legs finding it hard..... share the pain!
