It will be 2 years in March since i started C25K. I've had highs and lows along the way but today i completed my first Half Marathon. It was long and hard and i ache all over but i feel amazing!!

A bit of context, I'm 45 and not what you'd call conventionally fit or athletic!! However running has given me a new take on myself my body confidence and positivity has soared. If i can do it..anybody can do it!!

Happy running.

❤🏃🏽‍♀️💙

Well done👍👏👏🎉 a huge achievement and must be one of the first of the year! Great start to 2020!🏅🙂 The aching is worth it for the buzz though, isn't it?😂
