Hi everyone stil here and still running am doing about 16 miles aweek at the moment now doing park run every week realy enjoying it all cant think of anything better than running dont do gym anymore hopeing that the running is enough exercise for me I think it is is everyone ready for Christmas hope you all have a great Christmas and a happy new year speak to you all soon happy running
