Had surgery to remove two wisdom teeth on Monday - still feels like I got knocked around by Mike Tyson. Haven’t ran since last Saturday. Thought I’d be ready for Parkrun this morning but no. Can’t wait to get back out there. Think I need to get some races booked in for next year to inspire me.

Thats rough. I had the same thing done in my 20s. Hope you are back at running soon. Maybe do a little race research this weekend?

I had that done. You have my sympathy. You have two gaping holes left behind so you don’t want to be sucking cold air into them. Rest up, painkillers as required and let yourself heal It takes a while to be able to eat properly 😟
