16 mike metric on Sunday, yikes!!

Well did a ten mile Knowsley Safari run yesterday in the pouring rain, got soaked through. It was gruelling so don’t know how I’m going to manage 16 miles this Sunday, it’s in Chester. I’ve done the 10k and the half marathon there this year, if I complete the metric I will get a special medal for doing all 3 races. I’m really apprehensive about this race. Yikes and yikes again!!!
