13.14K in 1hr 30 on a beautiful cool and sunny Sunday morning...feel like I'm well on my way to that 10 mile mark, though I was very happy to see my front door and stop at 13K today! ๐โโ๏ธ
My calves and the backs of my thighs felt tight so I was good and after stretching and strengthening I got the foam roller out to try to loosen things up.
I've only used it for a week so am still getting to grips with it and am pretty uncoordinated, but I do feel like it is helping, so definitely worth the discomfort! ๐
Looking forward to a late breaky and a couple of lazy hours on the sofa now to recoup ๐ฅ๐ณ๐

Great run - well done! Definately a good idea getting friendly with a foam roller! I think mine really help - I have a large smooth one and a small bumpy one!!๐ฎ๐
