My first official run

Just signed up for the 10k organised by my local primary school (the Watermore 10k) on 15th September. Previously we've just turned up for the refreshments so it's going to be a bit different this year! Yesterday's run was 12k so I should be OK with the distance.

Two weeks later, I now have the Forest of Dean Half. It's not exactly flat, so that's going to be a challenge. I know the course because I did it last year (power walking). I like the contradiction of having a finisher's medal without having ever run in an event but I think it's time to move on...

I'll add them to the upcoming events list soon!
