Third if you count the HM last Friday. A minute under 2 hours with PRs for 10k and 15k. Slow for many of you but huge for me. Totally chuffed.

Well done to you Jay on your running today, average pace of 7.23km is great

Yesterday was my runiversary, it was 18 April 2018 that I ran, run 1 of week 1 of C25K. I celebrated by getting a running belt. 😊 🏃

Thank you Floss, as part of my 'runiversary season' I am rerunning most of the runs of C25K, I began with week 3 because during the winter months I go long walks rather than runs, but during those walks I did run weeks 1 and 2 just to keep my legs in running mode, hence starting at week 3.

Despite the fact that I am a graduate I'm starting to feel a little nervous about a rerun 3 of week 5, I'll take that slow and steady as I did last year.

I hope you are having a good Easter 🥚

Well, I am in awe, having not yet reached the heady heights of 10 miles yet. Well done, Jay! And that looks like a lovely pace to me. And PRs for 5k and 10k to boot! 👏👏👏

Well done Jay! 👊 I’m seriously impressed, and a little envious too! So much so that I might need to attempt 10 miles myself some time this summer. And I’ll be slower than you, but I don’t care! 👍

Really well done. 👏👏👏
