This weeks runs are 50 mins steady, 7 miles easy, 40 mins tempo and then the long run at the weekend is 14 miles.
I am away with work for a few days so as soon as I got back to the hotel I got changed, put on my chest torch and out I went. The run went well staying between a pace of 11:22 and 11:34 for the 50 mins run. Heart rate was in zone 3/4 and my legs were feeling great following my sports massage yesterday.
The best thing however was the name of the segment I ran through tonight which really made me smile
I hope everyone who is wanting to run manages to get out there despite the weather
