I read an online article about PMA. Trying not to think about the bad stuff, the weather, how far is left to run, my legs hurt, my breathing is bad, why aren't I still in bed!! I went out this morning with the intention of an 8 K fartlek (I hate that word) run. Even though it started snowing I had a great time. I broke my 10K PB and it really boosted my confidence for the HM in April. Enjoy your Sunday girls and boys.....
