It was my strength training day today πͺ
This Monday felt tougher than usual to get my head into it
Probably the pizza and wedges I had at 8pm last..but I done it.. good!!
But the rest of the day I had just been feeling a bit out of sorts..bored.. I even had a 40min nap on the sofa..that's very unlike me!
So still have a couple of hours till dinner and I'm feeling down, no particular reason.. just off...
I read some posts on here replied to Frenc π and thought you know Caroline you have the answer to this π
Upstairs changed into my kit and went out for a 5K .. and there we go..all sorted, feeling marvelous and back to my cheery self π€£
