We are much improved over the last week or so. Not perfect yet, but lots, lots better.
A gentle 10 miler on Sunday had it a bit achy and throbby from around mile 4, but deliberately slowing the pace down kept it manageable and stretches post run had it feeling fine within an hour or so.
Intervals with the coach yesterday we're fine too. Well, bloody hard work actually, but fine on the knee.
I've booked a pre-race massage for Brighton, so I have to go now :). I'm still concerned about a lack of mileage and my pace isn't where I wanted it to be. But I'm much more confident in the knee holding up. I am, at least, happy enough that I'll be on the start line...
