managed to find a 10k for my training in Feb Scunthorpe Valentine run Feb 10th which works good for me as I'm two weeks in front on plan

Valentine run! 😄 Sounds brill, like Armie Hammer or someone equally handsome/lovely of your choosing would be waiting on the finish line with some kind of delicious cheese*. I'd get quite the pb in that situation.

*because chocolates are such a cliché.

(... though I wouldn't say no to chocolates either.)
