My ASICS plan (app) is good. Did it for me to get from 10k to 10 mile.x

Yes I’ve done two myasics.com plans and they were both great. The last one got me through my HM. Just be wary if they suggest you should switch up to a faster program gear. It is a very large gear. At least that was my experience. And some of the pace recommendations are a little slow or fast, but you soon realize what works best for you.

Love the plans but for me the app was a nightmare it just didn’t work most of the time

You can get myasics plans free I just print it off and do the runs

You can get myasics plans on runkeeperGo
