Good stuff, well done! Slow and steady really is the way to nail these distances ๐๐
If you really struggle at any point either stop for a breather and/or walk for a bit It can mean the difference between success and failure ๐
You donโt want to feel like youโre dying out there! If you do, maybe you are overdoing it so take Care! Better to slow down and get there in one piece ๐
Thank you, my breathing was absolutely fine all the way but my legs felt tired by the end and posture became sloppy, once I pulled myself up , I managed a lot easier, Iโm aching now though ๐
Well done AJ, great effort and really pleased for you ๐ค
I agree with misswobble, the odd walk break does no harm on the longer distances, youโre not racing anyone and it doesnโt really affect your times ๐
Iโm hoping to to reach that sort of distance in the next 2/3 weeks ๐๐
Enjoy your running journey ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
Thanks Ted, Iโm amazed at my ability, 6 months ago despite wanting to run a half marathon, I never thought it would be possible where as now, thanks to the c25k and forum, I now feel it is possible and I enjoy each and every run x
