So today I ran my 444th run of my runstreak... I can’t flipping believe I have got this far.
I really don’t know why I decided to do this, probably just to push myself a bit more, and also I find it’s easier to fit a run in than have various ding dongs in my brain about whether I’m running or not.
I try and do 3 meaningful runs a week and every 4 weeks I do very little.
I also do a combo of spinning, bodypump and daily training for pull-ups, which is my current focus.
My next steps are to get my speed back on my 5 and 10k, conquer the mighty pull up...
This isn’t for everyone, but I love to push myself and see what the art of the possible is....
Happy Panthering

Oh yes 🙂. He was on the next mat to me doing his physio moves. His exercise ball boinged away from him and bounced on to me ☺️ “Can I have my ball back”, he enquired politely and apologised. I was going to make comment about his ball handling skills but bit my lip 😁
Amazing stuff, well done! Do you think your runstreak has taught you anything? Do you still ever get attacked by gremlins or do they generally know to leave you alone by now?
(Re pull-ups, I'm onto that challenge too but I think it'll take a loooong time. Was quite irritated when my husband came home and said, "Oooh, a pull-up bar!" and proceeded to knock out several pull-ups without any sign of effort despite the fact he never does any form of training these days).
urgggg they are so annoying...after it nearly knocked my husband out and he chucked it on the floor hes avoided it!!
Its taught me so much doing this....I should probably write it down somewhere but it would be a very long and boring post... I may do just for the cathartic process of writing it down and assimilating my thoughts and reflections. Thankyou
