Hi everyone. Im a newby. I ran London Marathon last year and since then my running has dwindled to nothing. I haven't put on my trainer in 2/3 months. Everyone I ran with are now smashing PBs and I can even run 2 miles at 12 min mile. London ended up for me being the killer of my running journey. Was the worst run ever. Nothing went to plan. I know I should be proud of my achievements' but I'm usually quite hard on myself at the best of times.
Decided to get back to basics. My only issue now is the actual getting out the door. I know once Ive done it ill be fine. So Ive joined this to see if im inspired. My pals have given up kicking my arse now I think, couldn't blame them. I bought running tights which are 2 sizes bigger as I can no longer get in to my old ones. Maybe Ill go and buy new shoes. Used to help before lol
