Longest run yet
Well done. Rest up, eat healthy, sleep good and do some cross training before hitting the road for your next run
Have fun. Take it steady πͺππ
Good work! You have plenty of time to build your legs up to the hm distance. My legs often feel tired/heavy at the end of a 10-12 mile run with my hm just weeks away.
Hi, and welcome to the forum!
This is great!! What half marathon have you signed up for?
The Derby Half Marathon on 3rd June, ambitious but confident Iβll get there!
Looks like a lovely route! You're right, you will get there. Looking forward to hearing more about your training - and to reading your race report
Would you like me to add you to our Events calendar?
I wondered if it was Derby with your name You're doing fine, plenty of time to get the distance in.
I'll be there, cheering you and rolysmate on Look out for the green pompoms as you come over that finish line!
Been on the ic for a couple of weeks BUT here's hoping
Plenty of time yet, but I will keep my fingers crossed for you anyway. You're up to the distance now so a couple of weeks off won't make too much of a difference. I hope you can get back out there soon though.
was worrying about that
No, from my own experience long-term fitness doesn't fizzle out in a few weeks. As long as you can get back out there in about a month or so you won't notice any difference at all. Are you still on the IC or are you running again?
Brilliant, well done π
Great job!
