I often smell the coffee on my run at about 2 miles. It would be lovely to stop there for a leisurely coffee and cake, then amble back pretending it was a tough 8 miler lol. Enjoy, looks lovely.

I agree, yesterday was freezing but at least the sun came out. Today is torrential! Hot drinks all round ☕

Yes, I woke to torrential rain and felt very glad I had run yesterday, tho' it is less icy today.

Sometimes running can be taken far too seriously... some days i like to amble along, look at the scenery. talk to the sheep and cows and take the opportunity to put my feet up for a few mins when I want... all the better with some caffeine!!!
