I completed C25K a few months back, then Bridge to 10K in December. I spent January hunkered down with work and running for fun, when I could fit it in. I've signed up for my first HM this May and am starting February with my HM training plan (using MMR). I am super excited to embark on this journey! I have three HM's picked out in my area this year, as well as a few other 10K's. I am thrilled and delighted to have this forum to help me on my journey. Happy running!!

I have plenty of cold weather gear to keep me warm ;). It will be nice to have a few extra minutes of daylight each evening though.
I try to run now on my lunch hour at work and save my long runs for the weekend. I do enjoy running in the wind, rain or snow. I think it adds another level of crazy that makes me enjoy it a bit more. People look at me as I have completely lost my marbles! So much fun!
I am in Boise, ID US and we have two that month I want to do. May 4th is the women’s half marathon that is a woman only run and May 18th we have the Idaho Potato marathon/hm/10k/5K.
