So, I didn't need deliveroo yesterday but one gel over the 2hr period. I'm not fast but can grind out miles. Legs tired today but ready for 8.5mi next week.
My run was also accompanied by coldplay playlist on Spotify, not a great fan but nice tempo to run to.

Well done! I've never quite dared to try gels even though I've been given them in goody bags, because so many people say they give them GI issues I suppose I should try one near home to see what happens. I used a Clif Shok Blok the other day, which I quite like, like eating jelly cubes when I was a kid
