How are you finding doing C25K again? Are you finding it easier the second time around?

Hard to say really. It's mad considering I have done a marathon and now starting again after 6 months of grieving but I feel in a better place now so I will get there again

That’s great Paul. You’ll be up to where you were, one step at a time 👍

Well done, Paul. I’m also redoing C2-5K after Life upheaval (not yet as hard as yours). It’s definitely doing me good, so I hope it will be right for you too. Irene would be pleased and proud I’m sure. 💕

Hi Paul

Glad to hear it!

You’ll get back to where you were with your running. Time spent out there on the run, outdoors and enjoying the countryside or road, in all weathers, will give you time for yourself to just be. It’s healing I reckon.

Keep us posted on how it goes. Take care of yourself won’t you 🙂💪👍🏃‍♂️

Paul, I don't know what to say. We were on the c25k forum together when you first started running, then you were off onto bigger and better things with your running and I lost track of you. I'm so, so sorry to hear about your loss. I'm back on c25k myself now, as I get over injury, and I'm wishing you all the best for your journey. You can do it!
