Just got back from doing the Manchester winter run and by god was it cold!!

Just about thawing out at home now lol😄

I am following an Asics HM plan for the Great Manchester Run as they are having the normal 10k and a new HM at the same time .

I lost track a bit with losing my Mum at Christmas , but I'm back on it now. Glad it went well for you today xxx

I enjoyed today but by god it was cold!!

I was down to do the 10k but cos of my injury 2 weeks ago decided to do the 5k instead

The fun was round Msn City's football stadium

Glad you were able to run Gra and hope it didn't aggravate your calf? As for the cold - I believe that was laid on especially for the run! You can't have a Winter Run without a little bit of a chill in the air, can you?😉

Yes your right

It was the biting wind that was the problem!!

I did the same event last year and it was a lovely day sunny and cold but no wind!!

No doubt I'll do it again next year

Main thing was my calf was ok touch wood!!
