Has anybody done it? I'm on my way to London for the next 4 days, and since I'll be staying in Marylebone have signed up for this event.

Is there anything I need to think about? I've brought running gear for all sorts of temperatures. I imagine I don't need to get there terribly early. Or am I wrong?
