Hopeful of a marathon in the next 12 months

I had the pleasure of watching the Dublin Marathon on Sunday whilst supporting my husband and a number of friends. I definitely want to do one myself in the next 12 months and definitely Dublin next year.

Not yet - waiting until the husband's blisters have died down a bit before I suggest it - might wait until he gets his breath back as well! Was it Dublin you did on Sunday?

Ah that's great to hear!!! I'm glad that you have that experience under your belt and that it has spurred you on! I'm relieved that my post didn't put you off either (oops)

I was just saying to a colleague that it would be worth while being a spectator before signing up for a marathon it gives such insight. Again brilliant news I am truly excited for you both!
